We care deeply about each person God has entrusted to us in our church family, and we want to walk with you on your journey. Not only are our pastors available to provide support and care to those in need, we also have a team of trained lay ministers, called our Congregational Care Ministers (CCMs), who work alongside our pastors to provide care for each member of the Chapel Hill family. Our CCM team is led by Pastor Jen Herndon. Please contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a pastoral call or visit or would like to be assigned a CCM for support.
Do You Feel Called To Join The CCM Team?
Service opportunities include visiting and praying with those in need, serving home communion, leading worship at care facilities, responding to prayer requests, making phone calls, or sending cards.
Because of the critical nature of this ministry, volunteers must fill out an application, participate in an interview, and attend training sessions. A background check is part of the process. Click here for a list of requirements for serving as a CCM. Submit your application to Pastor Jen Herndon at JHerndon@chwichita.org for consideration.
