On behalf of the Chapel Hill congregation, I would like to welcome you and your family to Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Chapel Hill UMC was created by God for the purpose of reaching the disconnected and the broken-hearted. If you are looking for a church home and are in need of a healing welcoming congregation, I hope you consider Chapel Hill.

We hold a New Members class called Chapel Hill 101, that I lead.  Our next session will be on Sunday, August 11th from 2:00 – 3:30 PM.

Childcare is provided up to 5 yrs. old. During this time you are encouraged to learn about Chapel Hill’s mission, opportunities for spiritual and relational growth, and receive answers to all your questions. Email kochsner@CHWichita.org or call the church office at 316-684-1117 for details and to RSVP ahead of time (or, you can just come on the day and join us!).

Whether you’re looking for a church home, curious about Chapel Hill, or just in town for a visit, we’re so glad you’ve stopped by our site. Whether you choose to visit in person or online, we pray you feel welcomed, loved, and accepted, and that you’re blessed with a meaningful encounter with the One who is uniquely able to transform your life.

We create a safe space for children to learn about the grace and love of Jesus Christ through fun, engaging Christian education.

We offer a place where every child is welcomed. During Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, and special children’s ministry events throughout the year, children experience the warmth of loving adults that embrace the uniqueness of every child.

Our children experience God’s love through teaching, praying and demonstrating what it is to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.

We give children permission to ask questions, and engage them in acts of worship and service.

If you have any questions, contact Rachel Reeder, Director of Children’s Ministries at rreeder@chwichita.org

At Chapel Hill, our Youth students are doing things a little differently this year. Our “Big Faith, Small Groups” program was designed to accommodate COVID-19 regulations while still allowing for in-person connection.

Each small group includes to 8 people and meets twice a week from September 13th through November 15th, 2020. We’ll wear masks, maintain safe distances from each other and refrain from sharing meals in order to experience the benefits of our faith community.

There’s still time to join. Contact Tucker Trevett at ttrevett@chwichita.org
